Responsibilities • Partner with departments like Legal, Engineering, and Operations to address daily operational needs and identify enhancement opportunities. • Establish and uphold rhythms for stakeholder engagement, project monitoring, and documentation management. • Enhance and speed up regulatory workflows through technology, fostering efficiency. • Analyze risks and develop strategic recommendations to support regulatory needs. • Lead initiatives aimed at process improvements, ensuring documentation of best practices for ongoing advancement. Skills • 8+ years of experience with a background in operations, project management, or regulatory compliance. • Strong analytical skillset and proficiency in tools like SQL and Excel. • Excellent organization and communication skills, with a track record in change management. • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effectiveness in fast-paced settings. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with CRM or workflow applications such as Salesforce or Asana. • Experience with AI tools in compliance or regulatory environments. • Background in enabling frontline operations teams with tools and processes.
