Join our dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager II, where you'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way. This role offers a mix of onsite and remote work, providing a flexible and rewarding environment. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion. • Collaborate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and execution teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. • Facilitate regular meetings with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. • Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards, overseeing documentation and quality control processes. • Coordinate the installation and management of equipment, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Skills • Minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced industrial or logistics environment. • At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics or warehouse settings. • Proficient in using project management tools like Asana and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • OSHA 10 certification is required. Preferred Skills • Experience in driving process improvements and managing teams. • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Physical ability to work in various warehouse environments and handle equipment as needed.
