Join our team as a Contract Program Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing our corporate resiliency initiatives. This dynamic position involves coordinating key activities and supporting business continuity efforts. Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor daily program tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. • Assist in scheduling and documenting Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), collecting data, and generating reports. • Support the process of risk ratings and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan, test, and track disaster recovery activities. • Manage stakeholder communications, including scheduling and follow-ups, to ensure smooth project execution. Skills • Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on business continuity or operational risk. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with business continuity or disaster recovery processes. • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CBCP are a plus, but not mandatory.
