Join us as a Product Manager/Owner, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing a new Customer Identity & Access Management capability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to bridge technology, data, and business functions to drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the CIAM Director to shape and implement a multi-year product and capability strategy. • Contribute to the development of a new Identity Master and its supporting technical infrastructure. • Drive product management efforts including roadmap creation, business case development, and prioritization frameworks. • Establish and monitor product metrics and KPIs to assess success and guide strategic adjustments. • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with technical and business partners to ensure alignment and execution. • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Information Security, Technology, Data, and Compliance. Skills • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Capability Management. • Strong understanding of product management best practices including road mapping, intake, prioritization, and success metrics. • Ability to engage with engineering and data partners effectively. • Proven track record of working within large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Self-starter capable of operating with minimal oversight and navigating ambiguity. Preferred Skills • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Customer IAM. • Background in risk & controls or metric establishment for regulated environments.
