Responsibilities • Handle and resolve high volumes of helpdesk inquiries through email and phone with efficiency. • Provide effective solutions to supplier inquiries and maintain detailed records of all interactions. • Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a positive experience for users. Skills • Strong communication abilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills. • Basic technical knowledge and effective problem-solving skills. • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform is advantageous. • Exceptional organizational skills and advanced time management abilities.
