Join our dynamic team as an Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in implementing Oracle modules for Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and process efficiency. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of Oracle Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, offering insights into module dependencies and integration points. • Coordinate and conduct business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business process and configuration design. • Identify risks or issues in the implementation process and propose solutions. • Create and manage testing plans, including test scripts and defect logging, to ensure smooth payroll operations post go-live. • Design and configure reports to support ongoing payroll operations. Skills • Proven experience in Timekeeping and Payroll Operations. • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. • Full life cycle experience in application setup, testing, user training, and production support. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address potential risks. Preferred Skills • Experience with designing and testing system conversions and third-party interfaces. • Proficiency in custom reporting and data analysis. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
