Responsibilities • Identify and prioritize key customer objectives when interacting with our health platform. • Craft a robust, research-supported JTBD framework that aligns with healthcare needs. • Align customer objectives with the organization's strategic goals and growth directions. • Translate insights into clear architectural strategies and implications. • Conduct thorough review and synthesis of existing research and customer data. • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and collaboration. • Deliver executive-level recommendations accompanied by architectural guidance. Skills • Expertise in applying JTBD or outcome-focused strategy frameworks. • Proficiency in translating research into actionable insights and architectural guidance. • Strong facilitation skills and capability in executive-level storytelling. Preferred Skills • Experience in healthcare or complex regulated industries. • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives.
