We are seeking a talented IT Service Management Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency within our organization. Responsibilities • Design and implement ITSM solutions aligned with organizational needs. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and optimize workflows. • Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Guide IT staff and end-users on ITSM tools and processes. • Monitor and analyze KPIs and ITSM metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. • Provide occasional after-hours support based on the on-call rotation. Skills • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in ITSM. • Proficient in ITSM tools and processes, including incident, change, and configuration management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. • Experience in workflow automation and process improvement. Preferred Skills • Expertise in CMDB management and service/application dependency mapping. • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments. • Basic knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis. • Experience with system integrations involving ITSM platforms and cloud services.
