Join our innovative team as a Flutter Design System Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting reusable components for mobile-first experiences. Collaborate with diverse teams to create accessible and delightful applications. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Flutter components and patterns for a cohesive design system. • Create clear documentation and guidelines to ensure correct component implementation. • Build and optimize complex UI components and layouts using Flutter and Dart. • Ensure all components meet accessibility standards and conduct thorough QA. • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem trends and mentor junior team members. Skills • Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile application development. • Strong understanding of design systems and responsive design principles. • Proficiency in software architecture paradigms like MVC and MVVM. • Experience with unit testing and translating designs from tools like Figma. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in distributed teams. Preferred Skills • Experience with native iOS or Android development. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile analytics platforms. • Knowledge of advanced Flutter concepts and inclusive design principles. • Contributions to open-source projects or design systems.
