Join our dynamic team as a Design Systems Designer and help shape the future of digital experiences by creating and managing scalable design systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented engineers and designers to develop top-notch UI components and systems. Responsibilities • Create and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns that support a variety of products and use cases. • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code transitions. • Utilize Figma to build and manage UI components, ensuring they meet accessibility standards. • Engage in system audits and implement continuous enhancements for improved efficiency. • Communicate design intent and provide guidance for effective use of system components across teams. Skills • Proven expertise in UI or product design, with experience in Figma for component libraries and variants. • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on design systems and implementation. • Strong communication abilities and attention to detail in a contract work environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows. • Familiarity with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager. • Background in financial services or regulated industry domains.
