Responsibilities • Oversee program intake, define scope, and develop comprehensive workback timelines. • Co-ordinate the creation and management of regional program schedules effectively. • Guide the creative development of international packaging and in-box designs. • Direct cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to achieve excellent artistic results. • Maintain accuracy in design, ensuring robust production and artwork execution outcomes. • Streamline artwork approval processes and manage the release to print activities. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication regarding schedules and deliverables. • Dispatch final project files to vendors in compliance with established SOPs. • Address and resolve unexpected challenges while safeguarding quality standards. Skills • Proven experience in program management within packaging and creative design sectors. • Adept at navigating various creative development, management, and proofing systems. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple projects. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are crucial. Preferred Skills • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-mix environments with a focus on results.
