As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection. What You’ll Do The Partner Marketing Program Manager (IC) supports the execution of Horizon3.ai’s partner marketing strategy. This role will manage campaigns, partner communications, and enablement initiatives that drive pipeline, awareness, and loyalty across the partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Program Execution Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, from planning through measurement. Support partner onboarding, communications, and enablement content updates. Manage partner email communications, newsletters, and updates through the partner portal. Develop and localize marketing assets for partner use (datasheets, playbooks, videos, case studies). Campaigns & Events Coordinate partner participation in industry events, webinars, and campaigns. Support demand generation efforts targeting joint customer segments. Manage partner-related social and content amplification efforts. Operations & Reporting Track partner marketing performance metrics (MDF utilization, campaign ROI, engagement). Maintain campaign calendars and partner asset libraries. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner campaigns are aligned with corporate messaging and brand. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement to deliver programs that increase partner engagement. Support internal partner advocacy through success stories and win communications. What You’ll Bring 5-10 years in marketing, within B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS. Experience with partner marketing, channel programs, or field marketing. Strong project management and campaign execution skills. Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and partner portals. Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations. In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position: Base salary range: $150,000-180,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
