Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/ Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You will learn to guide them to the proper services which meet their specific needs, price & schedule services over the phone and ensuring a positive experience. You be will handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various customer needs while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Benefits • Paid Holidays • Cell Phone Allowance • Accrued PTO • Employer Matched IRA • Health Insurance Allowance • Paid Training • Lead Commissions Duties • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Scan & Email documents & paperwork to clients as needed • Assist customers with service information, service status, and troubleshooting issues. • Schedule service appointments • Organize productive routes for service personnel effectively & efficiently with minimal drive & down time. • Handle outbound calling to schedule services and follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. • Collaborate & communicate with team members effectively to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. • Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele. • Utilize sales techniques to promote services during customer phone interactions. Experience • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. • Experience with mobile scheduling software for route personnel (such as Pestpac, Gorilla Desk or Field Routes is helpful. • Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous. • Typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from varied backgrounds by phone. • Experience in outbound calling or sales is a nice-to-have but not mandatory. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
