Overview We are seeking a talented Director of Sales for a luxury resort destination located just west of Detroit. This property offers a refined setting focused on delivering personalized service and elevated guest experiences. It features multiple dining options, expansive event and meeting spaces for both corporate and social functions, and a modern design that blends comfort with sophistication. Guests enjoy curated amenities, exceptional service, and convenient access to the area’s top cultural, dining, and business destinations. Compensation Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000/yr + bonus, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401K with match, PTO, and more! Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive hotel sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue at upscale, full-service properties Extensive experience in full-service hotels with significant meeting and event space, including large-scale conferences, banquets, and social functions Demonstrated success in wedding and social event sales, from prospecting through execution, with a focus on premium clientele Proven leadership ability, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue strategy We are hiring right away.
