Job DetailsJob Location: Prosper Campus - Prosper, TX 75078Position Type: Full TimeThe Prosper Operations Coordinator assists the Prosper Campus with the day-to-day setup, administration, maintenance, and light custodial work necessary to keep the building operational and its ministries functioning. As a part of the Operations team, you take a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role in everything that each of the ministry teams does at Hope Fellowship. This role does involve lifting up to 40 pounds, being on your feet most of the time, and a willingness to do whatever is asked with a can-do attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES: Completing maintenance and repair work orders submitted for the campus. Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and/or ballasts, touching up paint, small drywall repairs, etc. (Report to supervisor any work that is outside of your capacity and requires an outside contractor) Facilitate any setups as needed for our internal ministry events and outside events. Sit in weekly campus staff meetings to develop good working relationships with the campus staff and to better understand the activities and events happening on that campus. Occasional custodial duties as needed. Assist with weekly inter-campus deliveries. Occasionally assist at other campuses for any large events or projects SCHEDULE: Office Time – Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Hours can be flexed as needed for Sat/Sun events QualificationsYOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE: A growing personal faith and relationship with God.
