The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and collaborate with the executive team to drive awareness and engagement for the company's new AI-powered hiring platform. Responsibilities • Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth • Work closely with the team to develop high-impact content tailored for B2B audiences • Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads • Own and manage entire marketing processes from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals • Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable revenue growth • Optimize marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring high impact and ROI • Lead marketing planning and execution for the relaunch of Moon, our AI-powered hiring platform • Develop launch messaging, positioning, and core marketing assets • Coordinate launch campaigns across paid, organic, email, and LinkedIn • Work closely with the CEO and product team to align launch timing, narrative, and goals Skills • 3+ years of experience in similar roles • Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing • Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies • Experience working for a US-based company or US-based clients • Experience within the staffing / recruitment industry • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently • Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects • Proficiency at a C2 level or native English fluency is required • Experience in the tech or AI industry • Experience launching or relaunching a B2B SaaS or tech platform Company Overview • Hop is a platform that connects emerging AI, GenAI, and ML talent from Latin America with high-impact projects.
