Role Overview: As the Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations & Servicing, you will lead and oversee all aspects of commercial loan operations, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the credit union’s strategic growth in commercial lending. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the commercial loan operations and servicing teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will develop and implement operational strategies to improve loan processing efficiency. - You will collaborate with senior leadership to align loan operations with business goals. - You will oversee loan documentation, underwriting support, and portfolio management. - You will ensure regulatory compliance and risk management within loan operations. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and staff development programs. - You will manage vendor relationships and technology platforms supporting loan operations. - You will prepare and present operational reports to executive leadership. What You Bring: - You bring at least 7 years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing. - You bring strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations and compliance standards. - You bring proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency with loan servicing software and financial technology platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Familiarity with risk management and audit processes. - Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Certification in commercial lending or operations management.
