What You Bring: - You bring at least 7 years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing. - You bring strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations and compliance standards. - You bring proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency with loan servicing software and financial technology platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Familiarity with risk management and audit processes. - Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Certification in commercial lending or operations management.
