Role Overview: As the Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations & Servicing, you will lead and oversee all aspects of commercial loan operations, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of our commercial lending portfolio. What You'll Do: - You will lead the commercial loan operations team to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and servicing. - You will develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and compliance. - You will collaborate with lending officers and other departments to enhance member experience. - You will oversee risk management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - You will manage vendor relationships and technology platforms related to loan servicing. - You will analyze operational metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership. - You will mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing. - Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, processes, and regulations. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with loan servicing software and financial systems. - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in credit union or banking environments. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance specific to commercial lending. - Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Certification in loan operations or risk management.
