Role Overview: As the Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations & Servicing, you will lead and oversee all aspects of commercial loan operations, ensuring efficient servicing and compliance. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of our commercial lending portfolio. What You'll Do: - You will lead the commercial loan operations team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. - You will develop and implement strategies to optimize loan servicing processes and ensure regulatory compliance. - You will collaborate with senior leadership to align loan operations with organizational goals. - You will manage risk and ensure adherence to credit union policies and industry regulations. - You will oversee loan documentation, processing, and portfolio management. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows. - You will mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing department. - You will serve as a key liaison between commercial lending, risk management, and member services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operational processes. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience with loan servicing software and financial management systems. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Advanced certifications such as Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) or similar. - Expertise in risk management and compliance frameworks. - Demonstrated success in driving operational change and innovation.
