What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the commercial loan operations and servicing teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will develop and implement operational strategies to improve loan processing efficiency. - You will collaborate with senior leadership to align loan operations with business goals. - You will oversee risk management and regulatory compliance within commercial loan servicing. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance member experience. - You will manage vendor relationships and technology platforms supporting loan operations. - You will prepare and present operational reports to executive leadership. - You will mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing department. What You Bring: - You bring at least 8 years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing. - You bring strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations and compliance standards. - You bring proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency in loan servicing software and financial technology platforms. - You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in credit union or community banking environments. - Familiarity with risk management frameworks and audit processes. - Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Certification in commercial lending or operations management.
