We are looking for a disciplined and results-driven Outbound SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage our outbound pipeline. This is a performance-based role with strong upside for the right operator. Role Overview You will be responsible for sourcing leads, executing outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality discovery calls for the founder to close. This is not a closing role. This is a pipeline-generation role. If you are comfortable being measured by output and performance, this role offers significant growth opportunity. Responsibilities • Identify and research qualified leads (Founders, Agency Owners, Marketing Leads) • Build and maintain lead lists • Execute outbound campaigns via: • LinkedIn DMs • Cold email • Optional cold calling • Qualify prospects before booking calls • Manage CRM and maintain clean pipeline data • Follow up consistently to maximize response rates • Book qualified discovery calls Daily Expectations • 100–150 outbound touches per day • Consistent follow-up cadence • 5–10 qualified calls booked per week • Accurate CRM updates Ideal Candidate • 1+ years experience in outbound SDR / appointment setting • Experience selling services (marketing, web, SaaS, coaching preferred) • Comfortable with high-volume outreach • Strong objection handling skills • Organized and self-managed (remote discipline required) • Familiar with tools like: • Apollo.io • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • HubSpot / GoHighLevel / CRM systems • Calendly • Email automation tools Compensation • Performance-based commission on closed deals • Opportunity to transition to Base + Commission after 30-day performance review • Long-term growth opportunity within the company This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable in performance-driven environments and motivated by results.
