Job Title: Sr. UX Researcher Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Kirkland, WA Work Type: Hybrid Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to plan, lead, and execute research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation. This role works collaboratively within a cross-functional team of designers, integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases, and communicates findings through presentations, charts, and visuals. Key Responsibilities: · Plan, lead, and execute research to understand employee context and needs through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation · Collaborate within a cross-functional team of designers to integrate research findings into product definition and design phases · Communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visuals Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable): · At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps using methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, and benchmarking · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills · Extensive experience as a storyteller, able to explain complex topics clearly for all stakeholders · Ability to thrive in highly technical and complex environments while managing uncertainty · Positive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work proactively, resourcefully, and with minimal supervision · Experience with tools including User Testing, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop Nice-to-Have / Trainable Skills: · Experience with knowledge management tools such as Dovetail
