As a Technical Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be supporting our Onity hospitality and commercial products. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide technical assistance to a global customer base, troubleshoot electronic and networked systems, and deliver exceptional service.  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and supporting innovative hospitality technologies in a fast-paced support environment. You will report directly to our Technical Support Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Salem, OR  or Royalton, OH location on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact our customers by providing timely and effective technical facilitate, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
