Full Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be accountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization. You will report directly to our Control Systems  NPI Director and you'll work out of one of our Aerospace facilities on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through developing sourcing strategies, creating strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
