As a Sr. IT Customer Support Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on elevating the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and inspiring your team, driving them to exceed customer expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence.   You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule, following the initial 90 days of on-site work.   In this role, you will be critical in ensuring the customer experience in IT support is second to none. Your leadership will empower a team of professionals to deliver top tier service, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our relationships with internal clients.
