Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Holiday Staffing Specialist. This role is crucial in managing the recruitment process during the busy holiday season, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of various recruiting methodologies, including technical recruiting and campus recruitment. Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing and executive recruiting to identify potential candidates. • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and ensure alignment with company culture and values. • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and relationship management. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo for efficient candidate tracking. • Implement employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. • Assist in employee evaluation processes and provide support in employee relations matters. • Conduct research on industry trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies. • Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes and engage in cold calling to generate leads. Experience • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including internal recruiting and HR sourcing. • Familiarity with employment & labor law, ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process. • Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos for managing employee data. • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships at all levels of the organization. • Experience with training & development initiatives to support new hires' growth within the company. • Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus, particularly in lead generation and succession planning efforts.
