The Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven Acquisition Associate responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and securing investment opportunities. This position is best suited for individuals who already understand sales, real estate transactions, or investment analysis and want to directly control their income. What We Provide Earnings: First Year Average: $71,000 | Top 10%: $140,000+ Growth: Uncapped income potential (Top Performers in this role, in this Industry earn $200,000+) Support: Every Team Member is assigned a Team Lead who is available on a daily basis to assist Learning: You will learn and know more than 90% of real estate professionals in this industry by your 6-month mark Training: 30 Day Training hosted by CEO with over a decade of experience in Investment Acquisition + Additional 30-Day Training led by Team Lead Systems: Clean and direct Systems and Processes that are easy to follow and execute with help of AI Network: Vastly loyal investor cliental that is actively wanting investment opportunities on a daily basis. Advancement: Top Associates will be prospected for Managerial Positions (~1.5-2 years of experience) Culture: Highly disciplined, KPI-based, Professional, and Integrity ran company. Responsibilities Identify and Pursue distressed acquisition opportunities that company provides Build and Maintain relationships with listing agents Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment potential Analyze deals based on company acquisition criteria Submit and Manage pipeline of offers Negotiate with listing agents on opportunities Active Follow-Up on all leads Coordinate with internal disposition and operations team through closing Performance Expectations This is a production environment. Successful Acquisition Associates: Treat this as a full-time professional role Consistently generate new opportunities on a daily basis Submit multiple offers per day Maintain strong follow-up discipline Focus on results Ideal Candidate Real estate license, sales experience, or investment experience preferred (No license is okay, we will help you obtain license) Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-directed and comfortable working without constant supervision High personal accountability Able to handle rejection and maintain consistent effort Entrepreneurial and performance-driven This position is not suited for individuals seeking hourly stability or part-time activity. Candidate will need to be 100% commission structure comfortable and desiring 100k+ income.
