Exciting responsibilities await you: Supervise resident aides, train new staff, ensure duties are performed correctly by all staff. Assisting with care needs, specifically but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting Engage the residents, encouraging involvement within the community Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping Assess for change in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor Complete all required documents and charting Communicate in a professional manner with families, support services and coworkers Assist other team members with their duties Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits we can provide you: ROOM FOR GROWTH Daily Pay, access your pay when you need PAID TIME OFF starting on day one Paid orientation and training Medical, dental and vision for employees working 30 hours or more Requirements we ask of you: Serious applicants only Able to pass a criminal background check High school diploma or GED Experience working with the elderly, preferred Must be 18 years old Reliable transportation Able to lift 50 pounds Every other weekend is required A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
