Summary: Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a flair for client relationships? We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for your book of business, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance for each client. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external clients alike to deliver creative, measurable marketing campaigns that get results. This role is perfect for someone with agency experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and knows how to manage competing priorities without missing a beat. Qualifications: • * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related • 2–4 years of account management experience in an advertising or marketing • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4, and CRM tools. • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving measurable marketing • Experience with B2B marketing campaigns and • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse stakeholders. • Skilled in multitasking and working efficiently across multiple deadlines in a fast-paced • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar). • Content creation and development experience is a • Passionate about storytelling, marketing, and learning new things Responsibilities: • Serve as the day-to-day contact for 8–12 client accounts, building strong relationships and gaining deep insight into client goals. • Lead marketing strategy development and ensure seamless campaign execution across digital platforms. • Manage and coordinate with internal teams—including creative, content, and implementation—to meet project goals and deadlines. • Plan and run client meetings, presentations, and brainstorms with confidence and • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization • Create custom proposals and strategic roadmaps tailored to each client’s needs and • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery and impactful outcomes. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital tools to help shape campaign strategies and client education. • Work with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across • Represent HomeSource’s brand and values in all client-facing Compensation at HomeSource We are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at HomeSource.
