Responsibilities • Partner with the team to efficiently coordinate daily operations, ensuring a streamlined and effective workflow. • Manage property listings, oversee marketing initiatives, and facilitate client communications to optimize sales potential. • Drive company growth and expand your own team under the mentorship and support of seasoned ownership. • Apply comprehensive real estate knowledge to expertly guide clients through the processes of buying, selling, and leasing. • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulatory requirements. • Formulate and execute strategic business development plans aimed at broadening market reach and enhancing revenue streams. • Lead negotiation efforts and oversee contract administration to secure advantageous terms for both clients and the organization. • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation.
