HomeHop Property Management Full-Time | Remote | Uncapped Commission About HomeHop HomeHop Property Management is a fast-growing short-term rental management company helping homeowners turn their properties into high-performing vacation rentals. We specialize in transforming homes into professionally managed Airbnb-style rentals that generate strong returns while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our team works with homeowners across multiple markets and is focused on scaling rapidly as demand for professionally managed short-term rentals continues to grow. We’re now looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people and wants to play a major role in driving our next phase of growth. The Opportunity This role is focused on outbound sales and lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to homeowners and real estate investors who may benefit from our property management services. You’ll generate and qualify opportunities, book appointments, and help guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process. Compensation We offer a 50% base / 50% performance structure with uncapped commission. Compensation includes: • Competitive base salary • Commission on new clients signed • Bonuses tied to appointments and deal flow • Uncapped earnings potential • Strong performers can earn $60k–$80k+ annually What You'll Do Outbound Prospecting • Make outbound calls to homeowners and real estate investors • Introduce HomeHop’s property management services • Identify homeowners interested in short-term rental opportunities Lead Qualification • Ask discovery questions to understand the property and owner's goals • Identify properties that fit our STR model • Qualify leads before handing them to senior leadership Appointment Setting • Schedule calls between qualified prospects and our leadership team • Ensure appointments are confirmed and prepared CRM & Pipeline Management • Log conversations and notes in our CRM • Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress • Maintain organized pipeline records Prospect Nurturing • Send follow-up emails and materials • Continue conversations with interested prospects • Stay top-of-mind with potential clients Sales Growth (Future Opportunity) As the role develops, you may begin: • Participating in sales calls • Helping close deals • Managing portions of the sales pipeline What We're Looking For Personality & Mindset • Highly motivated and competitive • Positive energy and strong communication skills • Comfortable speaking with new people every day • Coachable and eager to improve • Strong work ethic and consistency Skills • Clear and confident phone presence • Ability to build rapport quickly • Strong listening skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable using CRM tools Ideal Background (Not All Required) • Inside sales • appointment setting • real estate • hospitality • property management • outbound calling • business development Why This Role Is Exciting This is not a typical call center job.
