We are looking for 1-2 Registered Nurses to take a home health care position with our company. (night hours) looking to fill around 30 hrs a week Join us for this great opportunity to work in a 1-on-1 setting with a child that could use your help, delivering skilled nursing services within the comfort of their own home. Case requires tracheostomy and ventilator experience, as the patient has a dependency. strongly encourage applicants with ICU/NICU experience, as this case will be very similar to the patients' conditions on those units. Location: Atlanta, GA Job Description: CASE: NT As our Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized and skilled nursing care to a medically fragile child. Key Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and managing any medical devices or treatments as prescribed. • Providing trach and ventilator care • Performing correct trach and vent protocols to ensure optimal oxygenation • Ensure comfort and safety, handling any medical emergencies with competence and care. • Maintain accurate documentation and regular reporting on his condition and progress.
