Role Overview: As a Banking Center Manager, you will lead and manage the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will be the face of the bank in the community, responsible for building relationships and leading a team to achieve performance goals. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with banking regulations. - You will lead, coach, and develop a team of banking professionals to deliver outstanding customer service. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members. - You will identify opportunities to grow the branch’s business through sales and service initiatives. - You will manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance. - You will ensure adherence to all bank policies and regulatory requirements. - You will resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with other departments to support overall bank objectives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in community banking or working with local businesses. - Sales and business development experience. - Certification in banking management or related fields. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish.
