What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership and team-building skills. - Proven ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
