What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Proven ability to drive sales and meet business objectives. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
