What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proven ability to drive sales and business growth. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with community banking and local market knowledge. - Certification in banking management or related fields. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Bilingual skills are a plus.
