What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. - Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
