What You'll Do: - You will manage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. - You will oversee daily banking center operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies. - You will develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and increase product penetration. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. - You will analyze financial reports and performance metrics to drive improvements. - You will recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team capabilities. - You will resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. - Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in community banking or retail banking environments. - Demonstrated success in sales and business development. - Certification in banking or financial services (e.g., ABA Certified Branch Manager). - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse communities.
