What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. - Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
