We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the smooth, efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility. This role will be responsible for coordinating warehouse staff, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting process improvements to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Work Alongside the Team: Take an active role in daily operations, setting the pace and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow. • Daily Coordination: Organize tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain steady workflow and meet shipping deadlines. • Inventory Oversight: Track and manage stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and help maintain an organized, well-labeled warehouse. • Receiving & Shipping: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify purchase orders, and ensure products are properly received, stocked, and shipped. • Quality & Safety: Conduct spot checks for order accuracy, packaging standards, and safety compliance. • Team Support: Train new hires and assist in creating a collaborative, positive environment where everyone contributes to success. • Warehouse Maintenance: Help keep the space clean, organized, and safe for all staff. Qualifications and Skills: • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations. • Prior experience in a lead or keyholder role within a small team environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a hands-on role. • Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory systems, or shipping software). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Knowledge of ShipStation or similar platforms is a plus. • Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
