Home Matters Caregiving is a nurse guided, technology driven home care agency in Middle Tennessee. We were founded in Beaverton, OR in 2007 by Clay Foutch. The Middle TN location opened in late 2024. Our mission is to provide exceptional nurse guided care to the aging population, and to do so with the most clinically competent team in the market allowing us to serve both our clients and the professional caregivers that carry out the most important position within our company - providing care for our clients. We are looking to add a knowledgeable, experienced sales and business professional who has between 2-5 years of experience in home care sales. We will not consider any candidate without this type of experience. This is a Full-Time position. This is a sales and business development role that will grow as the company grows. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a team setting. Our desired candidate has the ability to manage relationships with referral partners, and national partners and has the ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of home care. Primary Responsibilities: • Speaks with social workers, case managers, etc. to establish referral sources • Analyzes the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets, visits doctor’s offices, hospital discharge offices, assisted living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals. • Performs community liaison activities with referral sources such as hospitals, home health care, skilled nursing, hospice and assisted living facilities • Develops and maintain referral relationships and follow up with client prospects on a regular basis • Manages the profitability of the business • Develops and executes business development and marketing activities • General sales duties including achievement of financial goals and sales quotas • Analyzes the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets. • Develops and implements a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable • Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis • Maintains professional, supportive and responsive interpersonal communication skills and is the face of Home Matters Caregiving Skills and Experience: • 2+ years of sales marketing/community outreach experience is required • Home care experience required • Strong computer and phone skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace etc.) • Knowledge of lead tracking software is preferred (Hubspot) • Ability to pass a National Background check • Reliable personal vehicle and be willing and able to travel locally for fieldwork • Communicates clearly in all formats; verbal and written, to fellow office staff and referral partners • Positive outgoing personality - happy to build new relationships • Has a strong sense of urgency Compensation: • Base salary plus commission based on the growth of your operation. Initial base salary based on experience. Base salary increases based on the performance of your operation over time. • One week paid vacation plus company holidays after being employed 90 days • 401k • Pay is based on experience
