Full Description

Help Families Write a New Chapter of Care—One that Honors Home, Heart, and Dignity At Home Instead Palos Heights, we believe aging should never mean giving up what makes life meaningful—your routines, your independence, your story. That’s why we do things differently. We create care experiences that feel personal, not clinical—rooted in connection, compassion, and comfort. Now, we’re looking for a heart-forward, service-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our locally owned team. In this role, you’ll be the first reassuring voice families hear as they navigate one of the most emotional decisions they’ll make: choosing care for a loved one. What You'll Do: • Connect & Convert with Compassion Be the first point of contact for families. Listen with empathy, explain our services clearly, and help them say “yes” to care that feels right. (Think: inside sales with a heart.) • Be a Steady Presence Stay in touch with families exploring their options. Circumstances change—and you’ll be there when they’re ready. • Build Trusting Relationships You’ll lead with heart, creating meaningful connections with families based on respect and understanding. • Collaborate with Our Team Work closely with our care and operations team to ensure a smooth path from inquiry to care. This Might Be the Perfect Fit If You: • Are calm, kind, and articulate—especially when others feel overwhelmed • Have a knack for organizing and coordinating people and plans • Believe in proactive, thoughtful support—not just quick fixes • See caregiving as a calling, not just a service • Are emotionally intelligent, a strong communicator, and mission-driven • Thrive in a fast-paced, people-first workplace Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and auto insurance • Background in home health, hospice, or similar field (preferred) • Salesforce or CRM experience (preferred) • Inside sales or consultative sales experience (a plus) Why You'll Love Working Here: • A Mission that Matters Be part of a movement redefining how the world approaches aging. • A Team That Feels Like Family We’re local, we’re connected, and we lead with integrity and care. • Room to Grow We invest in your development with training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Benefits That Support You: • Paid leave • Paid training and ongoing professional development • Performance-based bonuses • Roth IRA This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. If you believe every person deserves to age with dignity, joy, and choice—we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help families write the next chapter in care—one filled with hope, home, and heart. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: • Paid time off • Paid training Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Palos Heights, IL 60463 (Required) Work Location: In person
