Now Hiring: Lead Caregiver (Full-Time, Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week) Work Week: Thursday – Tuesday Location: Home Helpers of Hinsdale Join the award-winning team at Home Helpers of Hinsdale—rated the #1 Home Care Agency in Illinois and #14 in the nation! We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Lead Caregiver to help support our clients and mentor our caregiver team. What You’ll Do As our Lead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include: • Providing direct personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, transfer assistance, and more • Working confidently with male and female clients of varying care needs • Being comfortable around pets in client homes • Covering fill-in shifts as needed to maintain continuity of care • Assisting with client introductions and helping train new caregivers • Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and outings • (A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required) What We’re Looking For • Strong caregiving experience and confidence with hands-on personal care • Flexibility and reliability to support clients across different care needs • Professional, positive, team-focused attitude • Comfort working a consistent Thursday–Tuesday schedule • Ability to step into various client situations and maintain high standards of care What We Offer At Home Helpers of Hinsdale, we value and support our caregivers.
