Overview We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our IT support team. This role is integral to maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's Microsoft 365 environment and related IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical support skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of various operating systems and networking concepts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting end-users and ensuring seamless productivity across multiple platforms. Duties • Perform software troubleshooting across various platforms and ensure proper functioning of Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools. • Maintain documentation of support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT support processes and user experience. • Ensure security protocols are followed when managing VPNs, firewalls, and other network security measures. Experience • Proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar technical support role. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 suite management.. • Knowledge of software troubleshooting, computer hardware, and basic IT security practices. • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users at varying technical levels.
