A leading Home & Energy Solutions company dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in residential properties. We specialize in a wide range of Sales for high-quality products, such as; windows and doors, roofing solutions, solar energy systems, water purification systems, plumbing services, and insulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of generating appointments organically. This role will focus on leveraging various digital channels to attract and engage potential clients without only relying on paid advertising. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and appointments organically. • Create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms to attract and engage our target audience. • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. • Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing our online community. • Utilize email marketing to nurture leads and encourage bookings through personalized campaigns. • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results. • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic lead generation. • Proven ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms. • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. • Experience with social media marketing and community management. • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
