As a Sales Floor Cashier, you will be the first to greet customers, delivering quick, accurate, and friendly checkout service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will support front-end operations by providing efficient service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will help keep the checkout area organized while contributing to smooth store operations. • Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly interactions. • Operate registers to accurately process purchases, returns, coupons, and discounts. • Assist and monitor customers at Self-Checkout stations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional checkout area. • Adhere to all cash handling, register, and safety guidelines. • Provide accurate information about products and services. • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services. • Assist with store recovery and maintain front-end cleanliness. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and loss prevention procedures.
