Company Overview: Retail Sales Support Associate play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and providing an outstanding customer experience. This position involves assisting with order fulfillment, supporting activities in the store lot, and performing administrative tasks. Associates in this role help maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting overall store efficiency. Role and Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Support Associate, you will perform a variety of non-sales duties to help the store operate effectively and deliver excellent service. Your primary responsibilities include: • Assist with customer order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate service. • Support customers in the store lot, including helping with merchandise loading when necessary. • Provide administrative support, such as cash handling and ensuring program compliance. • Guide customers to the appropriate departments or products. • Address customer inquiries regarding orders and product availability. • Work collaboratively with team members, vendors, and carriers to meet store needs. • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and carriers. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles. • Familiarity with cash handling or order fulfillment processes. Work Environment: • This role may include both indoor and outdoor work depending on the assignment. • Requires standing, walking, and assisting customers throughout the shift. • Positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, or Customer Service Representative.
