Role and Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Support Associate, you will perform a variety of non-sales duties to help the store operate effectively and deliver excellent service. Your primary responsibilities include: • Assist with customer order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate service. • Support customers in the store lot, including helping with merchandise loading when necessary. • Provide administrative support, such as cash handling and ensuring program compliance. • Guide customers to the appropriate departments or products. • Address customer inquiries regarding orders and product availability. • Work collaboratively with team members, vendors, and carriers to meet store needs. • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and carriers. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles. • Familiarity with cash handling or order fulfillment processes. Work Environment: • This role may include both indoor and outdoor work depending on the assignment. • Requires standing, walking, and assisting customers throughout the shift. • Positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, or Customer Service Representative.
