Role Description Home Connect Pathway is seeking a Business Development Representative (1099) to support Real Estate Partnerships in the Lubbock area. The role for a Business Development Representative specializing in Real Estate Partnerships. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships with partners, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. This position also involves working closely with real estate professionals to introduce Home Connect Pathway’s tailored services, fostering business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities. 🚫 This is not an inside sales or cold-calling role. ✅ This is a relationship-based, independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. Qualifications • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners. • Comfortable attending networking events independently • Self-motivated • Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Experience in real estate, property management, title, mortgage, or related fields is helpful but not required • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
