This role is perfect for dedicated caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a supportive work environment.Responsibilities:Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Administer medication and monitor client health status under supervision.Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.Requirements:Valid New York State HHA certification or equivalent training.Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role preferred.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.Ability to lift and move clients safely as required.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Background check clearance and CPR certification are a plus.About Us:Tradition Home Health Care has been serving the Five Boroughs for over a decade, providing high-quality, personalized home care services.
