Holman seeks a results-oriented Development & Analytics Business Analyst to be the liaison between Business Users, Leadership, and Developers to guide the creation and execution of technology solutions. In this position, the candidate will collaborate with Business Users to document requirements and translate the requirements into specifications for the Development Teams. Primary Job Responsibilities: Collect feedback and ideas from key business stakeholders, as well as listen to their pain points and biggest challenges; advocate on their behalf Communicate updates and project statuses regularly with key business stakeholders and IT leadership Define requirements for web applications, analytics dashboards, and data integrations. Write user stories and acceptance criteria Assist in project management and maintaining the team’s agile process through grooming sessions and daily standups Dynamically adapt to changing circumstances, doing what it takes to progress projects through milestones and completion dates Serve as the main touchpoint for system configurations and user issues or feedback, reacting and responding to user inquiries in a timely manner Collaborate with QA teams to ensure features are developed, tested, and delivered per written specifications Education and Training: College degree or equivalent experience Experience using Azure Dev Ops or a similar project management tool like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com Formal certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are a plus, but not required Experience with Gherkin syntax is a plus, but not required Must thoroughly understand Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SDLCs. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
